Hello to each of you!  I hope this summer does not have you too hot already…ok so I am pretty sure it does!!!

Well that makes the cool air of Hagerty High School and the amazing Fellowship, Worship and Community at Northland at Oviedo all the more appealing!

Couple of quick reminders:

1.  The SANFORD CRISIS PREGNANCY CENTER BABY BOTTLE DRIVE ended last weekend so IF YOU TOOK A BABY BOTTLE home to fill with coins, cash or checks and forgot to bring it back to the OVIEDO SITE last weekend, PLEASE DO SO THIS WEEKEND!!!  If you can’t make it then, PLEASE stop by the Community Center on MONDAY AM, they need to be returned to the Center ASAP!!!  Thanks in advance for your generosity and cooperation!!!

2.  The ALL NEW and IMPROVED VOLUNTEER CENTRAL is up and running.  This is a centrally located place of information for AL VOLUNTEERS at NORTHLAND.  This includes SUNDAY SERVICE TEAMS, HELPING HANDS, ANYTHING YOU CURRENTLY DO TO VOLUNTEER, as well as THOSE OF YOU INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING IN THE FUTURE.  The goal is to use this simple, 5 minute survey to collect info on anyone and everyone interested in or currently serving at Northland and/or in the community.  I took it and it was only 5 minutes.  That will then begin a process which will put the right ministry person in touch with you ASAP to get you plugged in or just let you know they are ready when you are!  No obligation, just preparation information.  The rest will be up to you to say “YES” to or not, your call.  Here is the BIG PLUS:  By being in the database you are eligible for invitations to special events, discounts, etc for Volunteer Central Enrollees ONLY!!!  PLEASE go to the website OR fill out one of the GREEN FORMS this weekend and drop it in the offering box!!!  Thanks for your participation!!!

3.  GO TO THE NEW AND UPDATED CONSTANTLY OVIEDO BLOG!!! Articles from various Ministry Leaders, Congregation Members, and Me!!!  This is a great way to stay connected to one another and another way to BE A PART OF IT!!!
